A Question About Power Bars Or Protein Bars?
I bought a few PowerBar Sport cookies and cream bars last night and ate one after my triceps/shoulders workout. It was delicious. Can a bar that tastes that good be healthy?
Here is the nutrition information:
Energy: 200 cal
Protein: 8g
Fat: 3 (0.4 sats)
Carbs: 40g
Sodium: 190mg
It all sounds good, but it’s so yummy. I’m just wondering.
Thanks.

supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA so your guess is as good as mine…if you can eat whole foods its much better for you if you like and want the supplements try to go with a good brand because they typically have better ingredients…you usually get what you pay for when it comes to supplements
