Can Anyone Suggest A Good Book On Fitness….?

I have been training for a year and got fitter and a little more toned. I am wanting to read up and educate myself as I am wanting to finely tune. What books are good which cover fitness, weight lifting and possibly nutrition?
Any advice greatly welcomed.
Thanks and Happy New Year :o )

If you’re into your strength training, I would suggest “supertraining” by Mel C Siff. It’s a bit sciencey, but definitely good.
For diet, look at anything by Dr Jonny Bowden.
    Hope this helps.
