Should There Be Any Asterisks In Sports At All?
With anabolic steroids having been around since the 1940′s and evident in Olympic athletes since the 60′s, how can we be totally sure who was “juiced” and who wasn’t. It’s been my contention that athletes have been taking “supplements” for much longer than most of society believes. I don’t think it started with Jose Canseco in the 80′s. There will never be a definite way to put a finger on exactly when it started. There’s no way of knowing if Hank used or not. With some of the names on the Mitchell report, nobody surprises me anymore. I just feel real disappointed. What kind of message have we left for our youth? Win at ALL costs? Just disappointed…(sigh)
What Is The Best Supplement In Aiding Me To Lose Some Weight But Also Gain Some Muscle?

I’m looking to get down to around 150-155 but i also want to have some significant muscle definition and good strength, pretty much get “ripped” any suggestions on a good supplement to help me, a rep. at GNC told me their Mega Men Vitapak Sport would be my best bet, but they are biased of course, thank you
Who Should I Consult About Sore Knee?
I have had probs with my knee for along time, have tried several straps, supplements, different trainers etc etc.
Someone suggested that i had flat feet – nice friend! and may need to wear insoles.

I Want To Lose As Much Weight As Healthy In Four Weeks, And Live A Healthy Life Style Long Term. Help?
I am in my senior year of college and getting ready to turn 21. After gaining a significant amount of weight (30-40 pounds in 3 years) I am ready to lose. My 21st birthday is September 26 and I have a lot of events planned around that time. I want to look back on pictures of that time and not be ashamed of the way I look. I am 5’8 1/2″ and weigh 218 pounds size 14/16. In high school I played sports year around and worked out on my own on top of practices, so there is still some muscle under all of my fat. I have been working out a few times a month, but not committing. I have purchased Alli, the dietary supplement, but I am not sure about using it. I am willing to put in as much work as necessary. I do not want to go about this an unhealthy way (i.e crash dieting), but I do want to lose to my maximum potential for my birthday. My short term goal is the end of September, 27 days, could I lose 20 pounds and not starve myself? I have an old dress that is a size 10, is that out of reach?
Doping/anti-doping In Sports?
I’ve decided that this (2009) December I’m going to start Skiing Pro (ski at the FIS/USSA levels) However, while investigating about doping, I found that Concerta (and Ritalin and other ADD meds) are prohibited, so I want to know *ROUGHLY* how long do I have to stop taking Concerta before being tested? Days? Months? Years? Oh, and also, I’m taking the dietary supplement ThermoGain by MuscleTech, and I want to know if it is illegal in skiing too? I already checked the USADA but they don’t have “Nutritional Supplements” in their database.

What Should I Do Go Big Or Go Small?
im 16, 5’11″ weigh 190 pounds ish maybe around 200. What i need to know is should I diet and run. or EAT!!! and work out while taking supplements like protein creatine and all that? I love ufc id like to be more of a lightweight though. Im also big into board sports, skating, skimming, surfing, snowboarding. So whats the best way start off getting huge or get small then start gaining muscle? whats the best way?
Is It Possible For One To Become Addicted To Vitamins And Supplements?
For the past year and a half well since I turned 18…. I started taking the GNC vitapacks daily.. (these ones to be exact.. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2463189&cp=&sr=1&kw=vitapacks&origkw=Vitapacks&parentPage=search) I took them literally every day for like 6 months straight then I would put off getting a new box for like a week or so and I found I felt very run down, irratable, foggy headed, and depressed when I didn’t take them. I thought it was just depression. Well now I switched off the packs to just various vitamins becuase 49.99 every month was getting steep especially since im in college and what not now… But I switched to taken Mega Men Sport daily, Saw Palmetto with Zinc , Argenine and I believe thats it.. But when ever I don’t take these around 5 PM-6PM I start to feel the same symptoms as above and am not plesant to be around… I find theese to be relieved after taking atleast the multivitamin… What I am wondering is.. Are the symptoms because my brain and body are now depedent on theese supplements, or is it all in my head or a placebo?

Who Sells Cheapest Supplements? Gnc, Online, Ebay??
I usually buy Whey and Mega Men Sport at GNC….if I use my Gold Card, is that basically the cheapest I can find it? Some online prices look cheap, but when it gets to shipping, its exceeds GNC…
Does anyone have any other alternatives?
Also…Mega Men Sport is so expensive, is there another brand that is the same thing but cheaper?
