Does Anybody Have A Good Diet Plan That Works?

i need a diet that helps lose weight i would like to lose like 50 by may or june i am 5 foot and about 200 and i need a diet plan that works good i cant go to the gym i have the wii fit and two of the biggest loser dvds i do play sports

    How old are you??
    Just work your butt off to lose it!
    You need to get motivated!
    Go get a membership for the rush, and only eat healthy and only drink water! No Acceptions!

    heres how i lost weight
    breafast- bowl of whole weat cereal (raisin bran, frosted mini wheats, etc)
    snack- granola bar (chewy bar)
    lunch- apples & lowfat peanutbutter, raisins
    snack- yoplait light yogurt
    dinner- smartones frozen dinners
    snack- handful of peanuts
    7-8 hours of sleep
    ALOT of water
    at least 2 hours of physical activity (stretch a lot before and after)
    it’s strict but extremely healthy and you’ll have LOADS more energy and your body will look great. I am about 5’9 and i was about 145lbs before i started this diet and in about 1.5-2 months i was 122lbs.
    i have wii fit too and the yoga is a good way to tone your body and stretch without really working up a sweat but in order to really burn enough calories you’ll need to do some type of cardio as well each day.
