here’s a site that you can download some of the p90x stuff, it’s hard to find the whole guide and nutrition plan online but basically the nutrition plan is based off an 1800 calorie diet consisting of carbs in the morning for energy, a lite lunch like salad or tuna, and lots of protein to help rebuild muscle for dinner. http://maggiewang.com/2007/03/07/p90x-lo…
