Fitness Program Plan Help?
The golden years have finally arrived and you are one of the lucky ones. You are now 75 years old. Because of the example you have set, your children and grandchildren have developed great fitness lifestyles and want you to be active with them.
You play a modified game of tennis and can hold your own on the golf course. However, the osteoarthritis affecting most your age has started to make a difference in your flexibility and strength preventing you from completing the once vigorous workout you enjoyed.
Time and money are no problem although you are not willing to hire a trainer. You invested well and retired early. Because you enjoy traveling, you spend 7-10 days each month on a plane, in the car, or on a cruise ship. In addition, eating out so often has ruined the nutritious diet you once enjoyed. Your weight fluctuates between 160-170 (men) and 120-130 (women).
What fitness and nutrition plans could you make to improve your fitness lifestyle?
Develop a daily menu plan and a worjout plan for one week. Your workout plan should include the following:
-warming up
-flexibility
-cardio
-strength
-cooling down
I did develop the daily menu plan, but I have no idea how to make a workout program for a 75-years-old. Can someone help me?
Thank you!

Try the lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr…
Your best bet would be to check out workout videos. You need to start out slow so you don’t get injured. Walking is your best bet and later add light weights and you’ll be set! I hope this helps!!
