Healthy Gain Weight Diet?

I run track, play soccer, and swim, all competitively. I am rapidly losing weight and am already very slender for my age. What is a healthy gain weight diet that won’t conflict with my many sports and activities?

    You could try eating more calories perhaps, whatever you are eating now, it is not working, so maybe double or triple it, and see your doctor and/or chemist if you have time.

    whey protein…it makes you gain weight but some pretty healthy weight..it will help your muscles :)
