Healthy Non Strict Diet For Slightly Heavy Teen?

Ok so im 5 ft 1 and i weigh 120 pounds. my friends told me that i am slightly overweight so i want to go on a diet. Not a hudge strict diet just something to keep me trimmed. I do a tone of sports like gymnastics volleyball track cheerleading and dance team so i need to make sure that i am eating and not starving myself so any one have any ideas on a good diet that can help me cut just a few tiny extral lbs?

    no more processed foods if you can help it. even the supposed healthy stuff is crammed with fat/surgar/salt. BTW- your friends are wrong- you are not overweight, not even slightly

    Just try to limit your sugar intake. That can make a huge difference.

    Your friends are wrong. Your weight is actually perfectly healthy. However, if you want to tone up, you should simply get more exercise. Go swimming, play tennis and volleyball. Have fun, but make sure that you drink lots of water. Don’t worry about dieting.
    P.S.- That “extra weight” is muscle. Your friends are probably weak little girls.

    First of all, you are not overweight. If you want to shed a few pounds, cut the soda and other fatty, sugary foods. Good Luck!!
