Healthy Way To Get A Thinner Stomach. Is Dieting The Way? Or Dieting And More Exercise…help For A Teen!?
I am looking for a healthy way to get a thinner stomach. i play sports almost everyday and every week but i need to eat healthier and not give into cravings. i want to not use pills or anything i just need some advice with some nutrition help and abb workout..thankss
**also, i would like the workout to be fast but efficient…and maybe it takes afew weeks..not months.
***im not fat its just my stomach was flat idk what happend!

I had this same problem about 3 months ago and now I feel great. What I found out over some research on the internet, is the best way to get great abs is to not worry about ab workouts. You must eat healthier and work on cardio such as running punching bag, or skipping ropes. If you eat healthy and work on your cardio at least 4 times a week you should see great results within a month
Well usually that’s the last place to lose weight when you do. My first tip is if you want to lose weight manage a 1000 calorie a day diet. This will help you maintain whatever weight you want(especially with the exercise). Another thing is eat small portions. Some people have guts but they aren’t fat at all. If you notice the body builders stomach sticks out when hes not posing. It is because he has a larger stomach on the inside from having to pack away big protein meals. So the more you pack away at one time the more your stomach will stretch to accommodate this way of eating. So 1000 calories, exercise, and small meals(even 5 small meals is better then 3 regular or large ones).
There is no “miracle workout” or “miracle food” that leads to a flatter stomach. The only healthy way to lose any type of weight is to exercise and cut out the sweets and soda.
As for workouts if you can’t go to the gym or w/e. Do crunches. They target the abs. Just do them until you’re extremely tired before bed.
As I said, all these things take time.
eat more green vegetables
and do leg raises with ankle weights
Excersizing! to a flatter stomach.
