Help With Managing My Supplements?
Alright well I am starting with a whole new set of supplements tomorrow and well need some help with knowing when the best time is to take them. Well first I am going to be going onto CytoGainer(its hard for me to gain weight so weight gainer is the best type of protein for me), BSN No-Xplode, GNC L-Glutamine, GNC Creatine, & GNC Mega Man Sports Multivitamin. And if any there are any other supplements that are recommended I would be glad to hear them. And lastly I am looking for gaining some more muscle mass It’s hard for me to show any gains muscle wise, when it comes to strength I notice my strength increase but not muscle any advice ?

this is how i’d do it
multi vitamins in morning
weight gainer After workouts (if you have enough, take a serving after breakfast too)
No-xplode- before lifting of course, i take 1-2 1/2 scoops
L-glutamine- after lifting
creatine- loading phase- 5X a day, each of them before each meal (at least 3-4 hours apart) 1/2-1 serving before workout and 1-2 serving after workout for crazy recovery and one before sleep (about 1 hour after dinner for better absorbtion
maintaince- 1 serving before breakfast and one either b4 or after lifting
