    Well, it depends what type of nutrients you consume. Like carbohydrates are for quick energy so if you have a lot of carbs before a major sporting performance, it could probably give you that extra boost of energy. However by the end of the game, performance, or whatever it is, that rush of energy that washed through you will be gone. Good luck with what you need! :)
