How Do I Keep On My Weight Loss Pattern Without Being Discouraged?
I’m 15 and 5’6.
I’m very active in sports, but my diet sucks . . . a lot.
So I used to weigh 195, and two days ago when I was weighed at the Athletic Club I was at 186.
How can I keep on my diet without losing focus on things?
Also how can I lose thirty-fourty pounds starting now, through summers, and ending before school starts again in August.

Well it sounds like you are active enough, the only problem sounds like your diet- cut back on the fried foods and eat some greens!

The best thing to do is to make small changes to your diet that you can stick to over time. If you try to overhaul everything at once it will be too hard to stick to.
There are tons of healthy eating habits. Just try to do one at a time until they become part of your life.
