How Do You Lose Ten Pounds In A Week?

The title says it all, but i really want to lose ten pounds by next tuesday and i love spors like fencing and archery but i dont think those sports are gonna help me lose that much weight. P.S I dont do pills or all liquid diets. Thanks so much! P.S.S I’m vegetarian so i cant eat meat.

    i don’t know about 10 pounds but you can lose about 8 if you a eat about 500 – 700 caliors a day a burn 300 a day youll be good and try to replace car rides with walkes like going to school try taking the stairs instead of the elvator keep your matuablism up get fat free milk and some banans that are yellow and smothie machine make a milk chake in the morning wich will kick start youll matoblism wich help you lose weight and fill you with energy

    You prob. cant lose 10 lbs in a week- def. not in a healthy way. Also you wont keep your “metabolic rate” up by exercise alone- if you are not eating enough to support what your body expends daily from exercise & everyday activities you will lose weight- but may throw off your bodies ability to regulate & breakdown the foods you eat = rapid weight gain when you eat normally again after putting your body through a of deprived state

    Not possible I’m afraid. And even if it were it’d be HUGELY unhealthy! You’d want to be aiming to lose 2-3 pounds a week would be a better idea. That kind of weight drop would mean you’d be losing a lot of muscle as well as fat. Also losing that much in a week would mean you’d be REALLY malnourished, which would be really dangerous.
    You don’t need to lose that much weight that fast. You’d do a lot of damage to yourself which you would regret later.

    okay, if you think you need to do denser exercises, try rope jumping, swimming, jogging, and inclined walking. that will help you lose weight faster. i usually drink veggie broth ( i am a vegetarian ) whenever i am hungry and i stay out from foods that contains high calorie. (nuts as snacks?) i know they are good but too much can add up to a huge amount of calories. i eat steamed veggies for breakfast,lunch and dinner. i only eat half of my usual potion. eating small meals frequently can help you lose weight as your body metabolism need to digest the meals. i like boiled carrots, steamed spinach, leeks veggie broth and also boiled broccoli with fat free dressing ( no more than 2 tablespoons please!). i lost 30 pounds fat for my wedding day.
