Metamucil is very much a fiber product for digestive concerns, the way laxatives are for stripping/purging, which in my view does not burn fat or exhilarate weight loss. But if your really eager to get working solution, information and results that are healthy and safe try this and see whether the info is useful.

Metamucil will absolutely help keep you regular, however without a proper fitness routine and healthy eating habits you may be missing out on the sorts of weight loss you are searching for.

Metamucil is a fiber suplement. You can get the same benefit by eating fruits and vegetables and whole grains but a lot of people find that metamucil keeps them regular. I recently read “The Fiber 35 Diet” and learned that for every 1 gram of fiber you consume, you burn 7 calories. That means if you consume 35 grams of fiber in one day you will eliminate 245 calories. Check out my blog, Health Outlook for more tips.

Use Fiber Sure. Its a clear powder and is the best Fiber source (besides the fiber within foods) out there. Its what I used to help burn off 50 pds. in two months. No lie. Did it the healthy way!!

Not really. & Also to the person above; its not a protein powder its a fibre powder. Which means it helps you digest with the fibre in it if you have troubles digesting.

  • Blog-MSC:

    it’s not a protein powder.

  • Stand Out:

No metamucil is a protein powder…..
