If you could pay for a nutritionist or fitness trainer to come to your home to help you lose, maintain, or gain weight:
1) how much would you be willing to pay for a once weekly visit by a nutritionist?
2) how much would you pay for a trainer to come to your house and exercise with you 2 or 3 times a week?
3) what kinds of things would you want your nutritionist or trainer to help you with?

$30/half hour for personal training
I would like to learn how to prepare meals that are good for the whole family but are economical and easy to prepare.
I would like a trainer to help me find a workout that is fun, safe and effective. It would be a bonus if the trainer could teach excercises that could be done by together as a family.
