    My husband is a pharmacist and if there was a diet pill out there that was really safe I would be skinny. Cut out the junk food and soda and move more. if you manage to cut out 100 calories a day or burn 100 more, in one year you will lose 50 pounds especially at your age. Try dancing in place during one of your favorite hour long shows.

    Blah, you’re growing. Everyone who makes fun of you will get theirs someday… just you wait… when you go to a 25 year class reunion, they’ll all be fat and gross :D
    I don’t know about taking “diet pills”, per se, but it won’t hurt you to take herbal supplements/vitamins that are supposed to help with diet. For example, sometimes I take a store brand “Daily Diet Support” vitamin, and I noticed it helping a little… it at least stopped me from gaining more weight.
    Some other tips… make sure to do your best to cut soda out of your diet because there are a lot of extra calories in soda you don’t need. Also, continue to do sports but also find some other physical activity you like. Working out isn’t all that bad if you work out the way YOU want to. Yoga, pilates, karate, kick boxing.. there are all kinds of fun ways to stay in shape.

    They really arnt good for u but they can get the job done…Its really hard to keep the wieght off doin it that way tho
