I Have Skinny Cheeks, Due To Sport And Poor Diet, Any Idea About This?

I was 13 when I was doing hard exercises 5 days a week and poor diet.
14 I started working out, again poor diet
17 I realised I’ve built body muscles but have lost from my cheeks
I eat alot too now but have failed to get my cheeks up.
can you help please?

    It is probably just genetics. The shape of your face, including “fullness” and position of cheekbones are all hereditary. If your parents have narrow faces then you will too.

    When people age, they tend to lose so-called “baby fat”. Notice how older people have more defined cheekbones than their younger counterparts? This is so because as we age, our muscles become “thinner”.
