I Need A Good Diet Plan?

Hello(:
Well, I really want to lose weight and I need a really good diet plan. I’m 13, I really hate sports. I’m a picky eater. I don’t like certain foods such as yogurt & veggies. My mom is really strict so I can’t run around the block or anything I have to exercise in the house. Also, I love dancing, is their some way I can lose weight with doing that? Thanks for the help.

I would suggest the weight watchers diet. especially for someone as young as you because it allows you to get the nutrients you need but just controls how much you eat of it. Dancing is a very good way to lose weight and get active. you could turn your dance routine into an aerobic workout…. :)

Look into a raw food diet and start doing Yoga and Pilates. You cannot go wrong. Search the internet for Yoga videos youtube has plenty. I know you said you do not like veggies, so you might look more at fruits then anything, but veggies are a big part of a good diet plan and staying healthy.
    Good luck

Exercise is just as vital as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There’s loads of splendid tips for exercise on the web portal in the box below. I lost 5 pounds by using their methods.

Rent some aerobics DVDs so you can exercise at home! Places like Family Video let you rent them for free usually. You can also get them from the library. Have fun!

Dancing is great exercise and fun to do you will lose weight if you dance a few days a week and eat healthy.
