    Fitness and exercise release endorphins in the brain. These chemicals make the person feel good and increase mood. This helps in school and life in general. Food is in a sense, like ingesting chemicals. The body takes beneficial nutrients from the food and leaves the rest as waste. By eating poorly, you’re getting less and less of needed nutrients and leaving more for waste. Carbohydrates (found mostly in grains, noodles, breads, etc.) are used as energy. Protein (Found in meat and other sources as well) are used for almost anything in the body. Cell regeneration, hair and nail growth, brain development, and many more things along with amino acids which all of us are built off of. Those are just a couple of examples.
    Exercising while young creates a healthy habit that if kept up, can help increase life span drastically.
    Remember, the body is just a giant chemistry set. By mixing and using the correct chemicals in a balanced way, it’ll make everything (including learning, intelligence, and overall happiness) go up.

    1. As you work out your lungs capacity to pick up oxygen increases. Your brain can function much better when it gets oxygenated easily.
    2. As you eat nutritious foods your whole body will function better, giving you the strength to work out. Which leads back to #1
    3. As your body gets all this exercise and nutrition it allows your brain a better capacity of taking on any thinking task, because it doesn´t have to share the energy with your bowels working hard to withdraw what little amount of nutrition there might be in junk food and soda.
    4. When you exercise your body will develop feel good hormones (endorphines) which will also let you feel better when faced with sitting still, studying.

    your body needs food to function, if your not getting the nutrition it needs then your body won’t work right.
