Need Help With Workout Supplements..?
I need some advice on a supplement or something that I can take before working out that will help tremendously. I need something legal and something that won’t f up my body or health. I am a two-sport high school athlete. Anyone got any recommendations?

also carb up about 2 hours before you train, pasta, rice, potato etc… for stregnth and mass anyway.
