Supplement Balance Help.?
Alright so… I’m looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about, not some 17 year old juicer.
Every morning i take this, in pill form.
- 2 GNC brand Mega Men Sport
- 2 1000mg Nature’s Bounty brand Omega-3 Fish Oil
- 1 1000mg Nature’s Bounty brand Pure Vitamin C
- Clariten (spelling?) 24 hour, cause i have bad allergies
- 1 Doxycycline 100mg (acne med)
that’s every morning, at lunch and dinner i take 1 more fish oil.
Pre-Workout
- 2 scoop NO-Xplode mixed with 18oz of water
- 10g of unflavored Creatine Mono. mixed in with ^
After Workout
- Optimum Nutrition (think thats what the ON stands for) Chocolate Pro-complex which includes:
-60g protein
-14g BCAA’s
-10g Glutamine and Precursors
-15 vitamins and minerals
(on the above i just wrote what was on the front of the container)
i eat about 6 skinless chicken breasts a week, drink **** tons of water, probably a little under a gallon of it. I pee a lot.

Your fish oils you should up to 5 grams a day. You could also take a scoop of your protein shake right when you wake up before breakfast. 60 grams of protein is too much, some of it is being wasted, your body cannot really digest more then 40 grams at a time. So try to take 40 grams instead.
I think you should be eating more meat. Have 5-6 small meals everyday, and all should include protein. You should have at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weight. Your diet is more important then your working out if you want to grow. Its 60% diet, 40% working out
