What Is A Healthy Way To Lose 15lbs?

I’m 15 years old (will be 16 at the beginning of July) and am looking to lose about 15 pounds within 7 weeks. I would really like a good dieting plan that will give me the essential nutrients that I need. I’m in the process of trying to find a workout buddy for the local Y, but I can’t seem to find anyone. We have a treadmill and a swimming pool, but I would much rather jog or take walks outside with my dog and I don’t swim any set number of laps. With this information in mind, can you recommend a good diet and workout? I would prefer a workout that doesn’t involve a lot of intense running as I am rather large chested and sports bras are suffocating. I’m (obviously) female and 150lbs, by the way. How Can I Lose 15lbs And Still Be Able To Pass My Fitness Test 16days From Now?

I have to pass my fitness test of 2mile run, sit ups and pushups in 16days. I also have to lose 15lbs before the same day. How can I lose the weight and still be able to pass? All the weight loss is said to be bad for you and make the body weak. Is this scenario possible? I dont know what Ill do if it isnt, I cant fail.
