A Few Questions About Weight Lifting And Supplements And Things.?
Alright, i use to lift alot the last 4 years of highschool, but now im out of school, and im not playing any sports…in highschool i mostly trained for strength i am 6′ tall and then i was about 235, now i weigh about 195.now instead of just strength, i wanna train for size and see how big i can get.
I am currently using these supplements
Body Fortress
Super advanced Whey Protein 52g protein per serving
Six star muscle
Professional strength Creatine
my questions are:
Are these supplements good for being on a very tight budget? what other cheap supplements should i add into the mix?
Whens the best time to take all of the supplements (pre workout? post workout?)
What kind of diet should i use? what should i eat and what should i stay away from?
what kind of routine should i use? 2 body parts every other day, and work them till they fail? or what?
if anyone out there could help me out even a little bit it would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance

Question About Fitness And Nutrition?
Hey guys! I wanted to know if I should have a protein shake before or after my work outs. I’m trying to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously. I’ve also read and heard that your body cannot absorb more than 18 to 30 grams of protein at one time. Has anyone else heard this or read it somewhere, cause I would like to know how much protein I should have at one time.
Thanks!
