Broke My Fibula, When Can I Start Playing Sports Again After I Take My Cast Off? Please Help!!!!!!?
Just a few days ago, I slipped and broke my fibula right above my anke. I was put in a cast and the doctor told me the cast would be removed in 6 weeks. Upon taking my cast off, he said I couldn’t play sports for 2-3 months. Is this too much? I play basketball, which puts a lot of pressure on your ankle, but it’s not like the damage that’s put on it from getting tackled in football or slide tackled in soccer. Could I start playing sooner? And if not, is there anything I can take that will make healing faster? I heard calcium supplements work.
What Other Training Procedures Do They Do After The Fitness Test?
My bf is a sgt but he never talks about his job. On fri he told me he was grading the fitness test and hes been at work since fri he told me he’s leaving on sun I haven’t heard from him. I’m just curious about what he could have been doing. When I asked he just said army stuff. Also should I be worried that I haven’t heard from him or it is likely that maybe he had to work longer. He usually talks to me right after work.

I Want My Old Body Back After Years Of Improper Diet And Exercise.. Any Suggestions?
I am a 22 year old college senior who desperately needs your help! In high school I was in great shape due to proper exercise (sports) and diet (moms home cooked meals). After 4 years of college my body has gone through wear and tear due to alcohol, fast food, and virtually no exercise. I am going on winter break to my country home in West Va. to get away from all distractions and more importantly, to get back in shape. I have 25 days to train in an attempt to my old body back. I plan on working out all day every day but I need to know what exercise and diet planworks best…. cardio- vascular, muscle training, proper eating etc. Keep in mind I am 6’4 and 215 pounds. I want to lose weight and gain muscle. I also need a efficient diet plan. What should I eat, when should I eat, when should I exercise, what exercises work best, how long should I exercise for, etc. etc. Thanks for your help!
