How Can I Reduce The Size Of Unneeded Bulky Muscle (please Answer, Its Long But I Will Pick Best Answer)?
Same question again…but i think it was misunderstood slightly.
I have thin calves genetically. They have become slightly thicker with muscle after two seasons of both winter and spring track. I have also been wearing ankle braces- that were thick and heavy that might’ve added some bulk to my leg. I will not be practicing over the summer much and i will take on swimming instead, or walking around. My legs are still nice, but just not as slim as they used to be.
How long would it take for the muscle from running that i don’t use as much anymore to slowly leave? And how can i speed the process of making my legs leaner? Should i diet because of i am less active now and i could return to my daily life?
I heard from a friend who did several sports that every sport she took made her legs thicker but after a few months of inactivity, her legs became slimmer- and not full of fat..just less bulky. Anyone know from experience about the changes in between seasons?

I have 3 associate’s (A.S. associates in science) degrees (Criminal justice, psychology and sports medicine) and a fitness and nutrition certificate. I speak 3 languages fluently( english,portuguese and spanish) and I do pretty well in french( read and write it). I am currently attending nursing school to become an R.N., but I stil have about a 1 to 1 1/2 years left. I do not have a job so far, but now I would like to get one, and I feel that I wasted my time completely getting the 3 first “degrees”. Are associte’s degrees viewed as something good by employers? Did I really waste my time? I really feel like a failure… =_(
Languages aside would I be able to get a job paying more than U$13.00/hour?

i joined the gym yesterday after i stopped lifting weights 3 months ago. I am 178 cm and weigh 72 kgs, which indicates that i am thin somehow.. I need to gain muscle mass but i have fats around my belly area, big love handles and some fat around my chest. Other body areas are slim. My trainer gave me a diet schedule and he claimed that this schedule will help me burn fat and gain muscle mass but i have doubts abt it:
9:00 AM 2 boiled potatoes
12:00 Big tuna can mixed with corn
3:00 PM steak or chicken breast with rice
6:00 2 boiled potatoes + green pepper+ cabbage
9:00 PM steak, or chicken breast or fish fillet with rice
12:00 10 egg whites
is it a good schedule? doesnt my body need fats even if want to lose it? what shall i add or skip?
