How Do I Heal Stress Fractures The Best And Quickest?

I tried running about the equivalent of a marathon without training for it. I am athletic, but that is another beast to deal with. I couldn’t even run much more than half of it.
I have 2 stress fractures in my feet. One in each. One near my left ankle bone and the other is on my right and is likely a metatarsal. I didn’t have any X-rays to prove it. You just kinda know sometimes. I have gone over 2 months without running or serious sports and it’s still not healed up. I was working some and maybe this slowed the healing, as I was on my feet and lifting some stuff now and then.
I’ve drank more milk than usual, taken some calcium supplements, actually laid off pop, which science has proven to contribute towards fractures later in life. Caffeine also leaches calcium.
I am 29. Have no insurance. Wanted to try a PEMF device(bone-growth stimulator), but not enough money. Is there a place I could rent one??
Have crutches at home, haven’t used them much.
Suggestions, other?

I am looking for the best nutrients and nutrition plan (daily) for a very active female (close friend), over 40, professional, very busy and works out 6 days a week on both cardio and weights. She is also allergic to wheat and dairy. The nutrition should balance her workout and work. She also needs to maintain a low sugar diet, even the natural fructose in fruits should be at a minimum, healthy fats such as iomega3, flax, avocado, coconut are good, but need to be balanced as well, nuts of course are also good, and finally she has knee pain from cycling too much. She also gets a massage weekly. Her goal is to lose some belly fat, balance weight and fitness objectives and tone her core. What plans would you recommend and if there are any whole food, natural nutrients to complement a diet that’s would be great. Thanks

Fitness And/or Diet Experts Needed! What Is The Best Exercise And Nutrition Program?

What is the best workout / diet program for me?
My background: 25 year old male, 6’2″, 180 lbs, basically fit and trim. I’ve been doing Matt Furey’s combat conditioning, eating less than 2000 cals/day and doing about 30 pull ups daily. I look and feel fit, but I have kind of a wiry look.
My objectives:
1. exercise no more than 30-60 mins a day.
2. eat well, but on a budget(!) approx. $10/day
3. gain strength, size to arms / torso
4. put on a little muscle weight/size without having to consume too many calories
5. avoid using free weights / machines, if possible, as I don’t have them
I’m not a crazy anorexic or anything, but I believe that consuming as few calories as possible will lead to a longer life.
So I really want a lifestyle that is healthy and sustainable. IE: I don’t want consider the consumption of 5000 calories worth of expensive placebo supplements sustainable.
What is the best workout and diet program for me? Thanks a million!
