I am a young female who would like to increase her height a bit more before puberty is over. Is there a certain way to increase HGH? Need Advice On Body Building/mass Building Supplements?

Ok so I’m a junior in high school and I am very skinny and scrawny (probably due to the fact i was on Ritalin from kindergarten to 7th grade and didn’t eat a single lunch in that time period at school..) and i’m used to it, but its now affecting my life because i’m quiet weak and have no muscle mass.
This is bad for me because i can’t lift very many things and also i’m not very healthy looking.. I also have tried lifting and gaining muscle the old fashion way but my doctor says its much harder without body fat to begin with which makes sense.. So i picked up a big bucket of body building stuff and tried it out and nothing! I’ve tried several and i havn’t gotten any results… I also eat a huge amount of food, more than my friends, and still i gain nothing!!
Any one know the best of the line mass building supplements for me that might work?
also i’ve been in sports too, soccer, since i was little so i’m an active, good eating, normally healthy high schooler and it makes no sense why these supplements don’t work! so i need advice on what to use and what works best/fastest/

hi, i already know quite a lot on the subject of sports nutrition such as how much food etc, i just want to know how long should it take before i get more defined and toned, i have a naturally large frame anyway, but how many weeks am i looking at to see good results and training 3days a week for 45min, and eating plenty of protein mainly how much muscle gain am i looking to get in inches say in a month

ok last year in 10th grade my physical fitness teacher used to say that your body is made of of 90% nutrition and 10% fitness.

Problems With Nutrition. Body Doesn’t Seem To ‘use The Meal’?

I am eating one meal per day and making much more sports then any average guy. Still my weight is 15 kilo above the norm.
I know, that to look fit and loose this kilos i must make 2 hours dayly of intense sport. All friends say, it can’t be normal. They eat normally, do just about 4 hours sports per week and that keeps them more fit then i ever was.
Normally i have no hunger. I can only drink all the day, and instead of hunger i get weak. That’s how i know that my body does really need nutrition.
If i eat, following tends to happens(not always, and how hard it is, also depends):
- 10 min: i feel extremely positive and energysed. ‘Replenished’ is the best description.
– then i get really weak, all body functions “just stop”. The only good thing i can do is go to sleep for 1-2 hours
- after that i will slowly recover during 4-5 hours.
All is like my meal was not fresh or “somehow poisoned” exept that it wasn’t.
What are possible causes for it, what tests can determin whats wrong?
