Can Anyone Suggest A Good Book On Fitness….?

I have been training for a year and got fitter and a little more toned. I am wanting to read up and educate myself as I am wanting to finely tune. What books are good which cover fitness, weight lifting and possibly nutrition?
Any advice greatly welcomed.
Thanks and Happy New Year :o )

I Need A P90x Fitness Guide And Nutrition Book!! ?

I purchased these DVDs online but they were sent without the fitness guide and nutrition books. I have searched and searched for almost two days for places online to download them without any luck. I either get redirected to seventeen different sites then finally give up, or I get redirected to a porn site. Please can someone just give me a link or something where I can download these quick and simple?
And no disrespect, but if you do not know FOR SURE where I can download these, please do not respond. I am really frustrated and do not want to read a bunch of “i think its here” responses that lead me no where.

Golf Nutrition Book… Yes/no?

Hi, I am writing a book on Sports Nutrition. However I am really interested to find out if there would be a market, for a Golf specific book?
Would anyone out there like to :
• Improve your game
• Increase your stamina and energy levels
• Improve your concentration
• Know the right foods to eat before and after a game to aid power/strength and repair
• Look after your joints
• Know the foods that could do all of the above
Please let me know and if I get enough of a response, please await a release date!
Thanks

Going Healthy (targeting Stomach Area), What Diet, Book, Supplements, Exercise, Sports Are The Most Helpful?

I recently got back from a missions trip working in the kitchen and gained. I’m 5’3 and weight around 126 right with my usual weight around 118. I’m not overweight or think I’m fat but most of it is in my butt and stomach. I would love to lose a few pounds and mostly tone my body with concentration in those areas. I am addicted to sugar so I need a great way to get started. It would be hard for me to wake up tomorrow with a whole new lifestyle so this is going to be a process for me and I’m willing to take my time. I’m not looking for some diet pill that won’t be successful. I would love to hear from those of you who lost weight or toned and exactly how you did it. What is the main area with foods I should be avoiding, how many meals should I eat a day, is snacking okay? Are the diet books worth it, like Bob Green’s Best Life Diet? What sport or exercise will tone those parts the best? What supplements should I be taking, does weight smart one a day work? Thanks!
