I Want To Build Muscle Fast.?

im only 15 im 5’11 i weigh 200 lbs but i can bench 265 and incline 250. im trying to gain alott more muscle before next season my coach also wants me to gain about 20-30 pounds of muscle since ill be pretty small for a d-tackle. so i was looking for any good workouts i can do at home? i have a bar with up to 90 pounds and i have the perfect push up system. i also want to know if creatine or any sports supplements will help? also i want to build my chest muscle fast to so any ideas on that will be great also!

Any Suggestions On Which Supplements To Use To Build Muscle?

I’m a football player who’s getting ready to play football in college. I’ve never taken any supplements while I was in highschool for weight training or football workouts. I’m 5’10 in height and weigh roughly around 240Lbs with a 13-15 bodyfat percentage. My competition in college averages around 6’3 and 285. Although I can’t do anything with my height, I want to make up my size difference with my strength and speed, and in most cases at a higher level of the sport I know that certain supplements can help me achieve those goals.
My question is though, which supplements,powders, etc in your opinion should I take for faster muscle gain? Which are the best and what should I avoid? My motive is not to be the incredible hulk, I just want to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and increase my weight maxes by 20-30 pounds. Any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
For those that want my statistics in my current weight lifting max.
Bench: 330
Squat: 600
Clean: 210

Aside From Working Out, What Are Some Other Ways I Can Build Up Muscle As Quickly As Possible?

I’m 14 years old, and to be honest, I’m not very strong. However, I’ve been going to the gym to workout for the past few months as regularly as I can. I’m wondering if there was any other way to quickly build up muscle. I already take protein supplements and at the moment, I’m unable to do sports.

Im 16 and a female. I weigh 106 lbs. and stand at 5’6″ I have recently started working out and doing ab exersizes and running about two miles a day. What Kind Of Sport Nutrition Stuff Should I Get To Cut Down The Fat And Build Muscle?

Im 15, i play football and I want to get rid of some of my extra fat and build muscle in its place. a couple of my friends use like sport nutrition powder and it really shows off on them. I’m gunna buy some soon but there are so many different kinds. I don’t know which one to buy. Do I just go into the nearest GNC and ask them or please post what you reccommend.
