Careers Relating To Fitness Or Fitness Health?
I’m interested in researching careers for myself that involve helping people and learning more about fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Some examples would be a kinesiologist, allergist, etc. Things along those lines. I’m a senior in highschool and I would just like to know more choices out there that I haven’t heard of. Job security is also very important to me; I want to be able to know I can pursue a career that I will plan to work out for many many years. Basically a stable career where I can stand and financially independent. I’m very determined. Any HELP! thank you.
Careers Advice??
I want to study to become a nutritionist. I ideally would like to deal with people with eating disorders. Is the only route a degree?? Are there any other jobs in this category that would be suitable. I already have a diploma in sports nutrition. I am interested in working in this field or councelling for depression. Any ideas?
I’ve Very Interested In Fitness And Nutrition. What Are Some Good Careers That Include These Areas?
Many careers exist that touch either solely or on some part of fitness and nutrition. All however, do take some time and learning. Personal training, teaching fitness classes, and general gym and spa positions are the easiest careers to step into with the shortest time frame for learning. If you are looking for certain age groups you might consider becoming a dietitian or nutritionist, which allows you to work at primary schools, hospitals & rehabiliation centers, or also higher end health & fitness facilities. Whatever you choose, people will take you more seriously if you practice what your preach and show you care about each individual. Any of these careers are lifestyle choices as well so be cognizant of that.
Good Luck!
