I had a problem of cervical spondylosis which was cured one year ago. I wish to join a fitness centre to improve my physical condition. What are the exercises that I avoid in a fitness center. Shall I work with low weights? Please guide me.

Does anyone know how much it cost to be a member at the Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center? It looks really really nice, so I bet its really expensive lol.

I’m currently enrolled in a fitness and nutrition program from which I will receive a diploma. I would like to use that to start a weight loss coaching center. What I’m wondering is if there are any certifications, licenses or hidden hurdles I need to be aware of while I’m still in the planning stages. I’m thinking legally I need to have something in place to protect myself from potential lawsuits. This is a new feild for me so any information is appreciated.

I’m going for the first time tomorrow with my uncle and…..
I’m just wondering about the people, workouts , etc. I’ve been working out for the past month and have been waiting to go to an actual gym and try it out. So what should i expect to see at a fitness center?

I am completly lost on this assignment. I need to chose a decision support system that will help a fitness center track which activities it’s members are doing, and also help the members plan a fitness program to meet their particular needs. Can anyone please help?

I would like to open a fitness center in CT and have been looking online for property to lease, but I don’t know what kind of property to look for. I need mostly empty space with wood floors and a mirrored wall. I don’t think there’ll be machines. What should I be looking for?

My wife wants to open a fitness center in our small town for women only but doesn’t want to use a franchise. What are some of the pitfalls to watch for ? Who offers the best equipment and what type is best to use.

How many warnings?
Because the one parent feels that child shouldn’t even be in the daycare, but I think the fitness center should try to solve the problem without having to kick anybody out.

We are considering a move to the Seattle/Bellevue, Washington area. We are currently Lifetime Fitness Center members and are looking for a club that offers the same amenities. I see “24 Hour Fitness” but was wondering if that was the best fit.
