I am a 22 year old female who wants to get in shape and have fun. I am looking for a community center or fitness center with fun and challenging classes somewhere on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Please let me know if there are any great gyms or centers where I can do any of these things. Thanks!

Ok I will be a freshman in highschool next year and we have to go ahead and choose our electives.
Ok, here are the classes. I don’t want to be a loser taking loser classes so please tell me about the courses you like or may have took. I am a girly girl also.
Salon Services (i think that would be cool…)
Communication skills ??? wat is that??

pottery
im not doing theatre, chorus, or band
computer applications ???
general pe
intro to team sports
sports marketing ???
broadcast video ??

nutrition and wellness ???

intro to healthcare education ???
public safety
which would you take… and what are most of these anyways?? what do u do in these electives??

Most people that go to the gym know that most gym have group fitness classes like pilates, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, yoga, etc. In order to teach these group fitness classes does one have to pass some sort of exam or certification? And are you certified to teach all the classes or just one type like step aerobics?

next year im going to be a junior in HS and theres a lot of extra classes i really am interested in taking…

marine biology

^a.k.a i love science haha.
only problem is i obviously cant take all of these…i can choose 2 out of them..which sound the best? and have u ever taken any of these?

Gym was sports & exercise & health class about nutrition. And there really wasn’t a fat kid in our rather large hi-school – McDs didn’t super-size then.
It’s obvious something’s wrong, what with all the fat kids I see & the questions I find on here.

I would ultimatly like to become a prenatal fitness instructor, but I need to become a regular fitness instructor first. If I am taking college classes, what classes would I need to take for this?
