I am considering it but have my reservations.  I am active at work all day and also play sports two days a week and am wondering if I could keep up this lifestyle on the raw food diet.<br />
The people I have met on this diet look healthy but are not very athletic or active so I can not really trust their advice.<br />
I&#8217;m looking for personal experiences of active people who have tried or practice this diet.</p>

I am going to start going to the gym in a month or so, but I need a home workout that will keep me occupied meanwhile. What is a good diet to gain weight?<br />
I am shooting for the 170lbs mark in the next few months.<br />

The problem with this is it made me eat whatever i want, whenever i want, however much i want. now i know that when i get older and stop playing so much sports this is going to catch up with me. I love vegetables and &#8220;healthy food&#8221; i just don&#8217;t really know what i should eat and when and all that. i need guidance so that i can start a good diet now and continue it. </p>

Dinner: usually soup, baked potato and tuna, pasta(with source) and garlic bread, eggs on toast, fresh chicken sandwich.<br />
Pudding: small low fat yogurt<br />
Lots of water during the day and a extra apple.<br />
Alcohol: a bit at the weekend. Which is better cider or double rum and coke??<br />
Exercise: I have to walk 30 mins to and from work everyday, usually quite fast. Its about 1.5 miles walk, but traffic lights make it longer.<br />
