I Just Ruined My Diet… Help!?

Hey there!
I have just ruined my diet. I am trying to get a six pack and now I just ate a bar of Cadbury’s chocolate! It has 9.1g saturates… Did I just ruin my diet? I play alot of sports, I’m very active etc.. but the only reason why I ate it, is because my bro has a six pack and he used to eat chocolate from time to time.
So the questions are:
1) Did I spoil my diet?
2) Will I gain more body fat?
3) Am I allowed to eat anymore chocolate?

I Need A Good Diet Plan?

Hello(:
Well, I really want to lose weight and I need a really good diet plan. I’m 13, I really hate sports. I’m a picky eater. I don’t like certain foods such as yogurt & veggies. My mom is really strict so I can’t run around the block or anything I have to exercise in the house. Also, I love dancing, is their some way I can lose weight with doing that? Thanks for the help.

When You ‘diet’, Do You Lose Body Fat??

my exercise is an hour of gym class in which sometimes we do weightlifting, other times cardio sports. about 45 minutes per day. then before dinner i do 30-45 minutes of brisk walking on the tredmill. and i dont want you to yell at me for saying i’m on a ‘diet’, because i’m not. i’m on weightwatchers, which is a lifestyle change, not a diet. i’m eating healthier foods. i want to lose 30 pounds. i dont really have a time limit but i’d like to lose it by january when softball season starts. what kind of weight will this routine help me lose? btw weekends i only do my walking since i dont have gym class. will i lose weight from fat, muscle, water weight, what?? mostly i mean? and i’m only drinking water
