Im Unhappy With My Weight But Cant Stick To A Diet?

I am 13 years old and wearing size 14 clothes, Im 5foot 6 and weigh just over 9 stone – Everyone says i actually look reallly really curvy and stuff but i am unhappy still, When i sit down theres a big deal of flab and just getting into my clothes its horrible and when im clothes shopping the clerk said to me Size 14? Whispering and it made me feel horrible.
I know its no excataly healthy but i need a quick way to loose weight.
Its not also just because of that tough – Im the slowest person in our class in pe and my stanima is terrible- I play on my wii on sports every night tough and i try so hard to eat healthy but when im down i cant help but stuff my face with chocolate – Im a comfort eater,

Im not fat, people consider me skinny actually, but though i may be skinny i really could lose some theigh fat- i feel that they don’t match the rest of my body.

Trying To Eat Healthy, Hows My Diet?

I’m a male about 5’9″ 150lbs. and very active. Here is a sample of my diet.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 2 eggs, banana, orange juice
Lunch:Turkey avocado sandwich on wheat bread with carrots or apple
Dinner:Veggie pizza on pita bread
maybe some sports drink throughout the day.
Hows it look?

Online Diet And Fitness Plan, To Gain Weight?

I have found a few online diet and fitness plans that look grea.. However, does anyone know of a site that will allow me to gain weight? They all seem to be geared for weight loss.. I really just want to use it for meal planning, so that I don’t have to count calories and nutrition myself.. Any help would be appreciated!

Is This Diet Effeciant ?

I am not necessarily looking for you to change my entire diet around, although tips would be appreciated. I am just curious if this is good enough to lose weight, and maintain the muscle that I already have.
I walk around at 220lbs at the height of 6’2. I don’t know my body fat % as of now, but it is the most horrible its been in my entire life. I was used to 9%, now it is probably 20-25%. I am an athlete, I usually practise wrestling & boxing three times a week. I do 20 – 50 pushups a day. 50 situps a day. Lift light – medium weights in a long running circuit training fashion almost every day, which causes alot of burning and exhaustion in the muscles. The weight training I do is more inclined to a sports athlete rather then a body builder. I am not interested in body building. I also don’t use sports supplements.
My eating habits right now is basically whatever I want, I don’t weight my food, and calculate my intakes. I basically eat fairly clean, and to the hour, or second hour.

What Diet Is Best For Add Child.?

I hear what they should not eat, red #5, White foods. Help me out here So what what can they eat. I am not a very good cook. We are on go all the with all kinds of sports so I tend to make stuff that is easy and fast, ( corn dogs etc.). So what can a child with ADD eat. He is on Meds ( Aderall XR 15mg) but I don’t want to up the dose I want to change the diet to see if that works.

What Is A Good Detox Diet?

Not expensive like the celebrity detox, but a good one. I’ve been doing sports to lose weight and I haven’t lost a pound. I think I need to detox my body before I can actually lose weight.
