I am very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and just want an extra boost to try to lose a stubborn 10 pounds. There are so many reviews and opinions on fat burners, not to mention so many choices, I wanted to know if anyone had any personal results with any.

I know I can call them but I don’t want to get the whole speech and all that stuff, I have a gym at work but it is small (and free) So I’m considering about joining a gym like Extreme Fitness, any insight on how much it would cost per month, plus any “hidden” or extra fees?

Does anyone have a gym/fitness center membership to YMCA? I need a gym membership and I heard it is cheaper to go to a local YMCA. Anyone know how much they are charging per month and if they require you to sign a contract? I’m just looking for a one-facility use, standard fitness center membership.

I’m trying to give my fitness and nutrition plan a little boost by trying a cleansing method…does metamucil (the powdered stuff) bring any significant weight loss?

What is your experience and would you recommend it for occasional riders to improve their fitness between riding sessions?
Also what is the cost of this piece of equipment?

I have school, work, and nutrition/fitness schedules to keep track of, so I need some type of calender-schedule-tracker-thingy to help me.

i need a diet that helps lose weight i would like to lose like 50 by may or june i am 5 foot and about 200 and i need a diet plan that works good i cant go to the gym i have the wii fit and two of the biggest loser dvds i do play sports

I am looking for a new career choice/field. The fields that I am most interested are the fields of health/fitness, nutrition, as well as woman’s rights. I enjoy working with adults and children in these areas. I would like to find a job that would allow me to do those things as well as to travel and learn about new cultures. I am asking because as I prepare for grad school I want to make sure that I can gear my studies to prepare me for those choices.
