I am almost 12 and I’m 15 pounds overweight. Does anyone know a good diet? Or what sport really burns a lot of fat. I am looking to lose weight really fast though, even if it may be hard. PLEASE HELP!
How Do I Go About Being Hired As A Group Fitness Instructor Even Though I Have No Experience?

I’m getting certified in March per my trainers suggestion. I really want to do group fitness and have for a long time but I didn’t study a health related field in school. I’m worried that I won’t be hired anywhere because of my lack of experience.

Whats A Job I Can Have Dealing With Exercising/nutrition/maybe Even Sports?

I want to be something like that….something having to do with helping people exercise and eat right and maybe some other stuff too. But, I need more than 20,000 yearly thats too small.
If theres nothing for at least 70,000 I’m reconsidering.
