Does Anyone Have Any Experience Using The Osim Igallop For Equestrian Fitness?

What is your experience and would you recommend it for occasional riders to improve their fitness between riding sessions?
Also what is the cost of this piece of equipment?

How Do I Go About Being Hired As A Group Fitness Instructor Even Though I Have No Experience?

I’m getting certified in March per my trainers suggestion. I really want to do group fitness and have for a long time but I didn’t study a health related field in school. I’m worried that I won’t be hired anywhere because of my lack of experience.

How Can I Get My Foot In The Door Of The Nutrition Industry Without Any Work Experience?

I have a degree in sports and exercise science and have just been accepted on the do a masters in nutritional theraphy. I have 8 years work experience in IT/Project Management and am wanting to change career – my knowledge of nutrition is very proficient. I don’t want to wait the 3 years in takes to finish my masters to make the transition as I feel more than capable of advising at present but unfortunately my CV/work history doesn’t show this.

Dieting Experience

The phenomenon known as ‘yo-yo’ dieting is very dangerous for health. Only imagine what is going on in your stomach when you start eating chocolate, sweets, pizza and etc. (sometimes people eat all these products at once) after a diet. If I were your stomach I would have probably organized a rebellion. Not far ago I’ve read in the newspaper that the scientists have proved that food causes the same dependence as drugs, alcohol and etc. Only imagine, that food = drugs. It’s awful, isn’t it? Certainly, if you’re eating all day long, you wouldn’t be sent to prison and you wouldn’t pay fine. But from the other side, you won’t be able to communicate normally with your friends, to work, to study, because you’ll be always thinking about food, believe me.
