I just finished doing my “3 day food diary” assignment for food and nutrition class. We had to record everything we ate/drank and also our daily physical activity, ex. walking, sports, etc.
My question is:
Why was there space provided to include daily activity? How might activity level affect eating habits?

My parents buy and make foods with alot of fat but when i ask them to buy better food they just say no. I am into sports but don’t have time for it making it hard to lose lb but i am going to go to Iran to see family and we have not seen each other in 2 years and i want to look good in front of them.
