Fitness And Nutrition Question From Intelligent Source Please?
I know a lot about fitness and I have been researching it for some time now, I just built a program for a weekly routine and the only problem I have is in nutrition. I’ve done research, but a lot of sources tell me to eat 5-8 meals a day, cut caloric intake, eat complex carbs, 1.25 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, etc. I’m sure all that is excellent for shaping up a body, but honestly, I’m 17 and I still live at home and that just isn’t realistic. So my question is, can I just eat 3-5 times a day, cut out sugary junk foods, and make smart health choices while drinking a lot of water? I will be exercising quite a bit and cutting my caloric intake by about 500 calories. Thanks ![]()

What Disadvantages Is There From Just Getting Everything From Supplements?
I am a collegiate track/CC athlete, and I don’t have much time or money to have a balanced diet, so I use supplements to make up for what i miss. I still eat plenty of carbs/fats. I take a supplement called MegaMens sport vitapacks which has 7 pills with just about everything. I also have a protein shake daily with about 30g of protein (amplified wheybolic extreme). The rest of my diet usually consists of pizza, pasta, cereal, milk, water, turkey/pb&j sandwiches. What should I add to this?

Will Great Nutrition & Work On Footwork And Agility From The Time A Kids Walking Help Them Be A Good Athlete?
Will it make a big difference do you think. My nephew shows natural ability at wrestling. He places in the top 4 of all tournaments and he is 8 yrs old and has only been wrestling for a few months. However, his parents feed him nothing but junk food and has never had any sports specific training. Do you think proper nutrition from the start as well as some speed and agility training would have given hm an extra edge? Maybe the good nutrition would help his body composition. He is just skin and bones now.
I’m not trying to turn him into a super human athlete or put too much pressure on him. But he loves wrestling and would love it evenmore if he could take some first place trophies from time to time instead of second:)
At Weekends, I Stray Too Much From My Nutrition And Fitness Routine.?
During the week, I workout on at least 3 days, and eat extremely well. However, at weekends I find myself spoiling all my hard work by eating rubbish and lot of it. How can I stop myself from doing this?
Maybe just treat myself, but limit it to one item, like ice cream or something? What do you think?
Thanks
