I have thought about steroids and am thinking that is a bad idea but i cant gain anymore. I lift every day for an 90 minutes need to get stronger before next season. i don&#8217;t know what i need to be on i would like to trim down a little bit. i drink protein after my workouts. i just need something trim me down and be more lean. what would do that for me?</p>

The problem with this is it made me eat whatever i want, whenever i want, however much i want. now i know that when i get older and stop playing so much sports this is going to catch up with me. I love vegetables and &#8220;healthy food&#8221; i just don&#8217;t really know what i should eat and when and all that. i need guidance so that i can start a good diet now and continue it. </p>

I think the main thing is just that I have pretty low endurance. The last time I ran a mile, it took me like 11 minutes!! I know it takes dedication, but what can I do to get my running career off to a good start? Do you have any tips about things like nutrition or exercises to help me with my running? Thanks!</p>
