Do You Know Any Good School Offering Online Degree In Nutrition?
Hi, I’m planning to switch from being a software engineer to fitness trainer. I’m planning to take the necessary certification but I would also like to have a formal education in nutrition.I’m currently working abroad and considering studying online because I have to keep my job for the meantime. (I’m not a US citizen)

I’m A Type 2 Diabetic And For About A Year I’ve Worked Hard To Get Myself In Good Physical Shape…?
I eat better and workout 4 times a week. I have enjoyed lifting weights but would like to supplement my workouts. Currently I drink an EAS Myoplex sports drink (lite) after each workout. I am curious if there is any supplement for muscle building or enhancement I could safely take. I’m not a body builder, but would like to continue to develop my upper body. Anybody have any suggestions?

It seems like a case of books smarts (Reading up on all the latest diets, talking with personal trainers, taking classes on nutrition etc) vs street smarts (Learning from experience, knowing tips the book can’t teach you, knowing what works and what just sounds good on paper)

examples to ponder on: An overweight doctor? or nutritionist? your crazy neighbor who’s tried every diet known to man?

i basically want to lose fat(not muscle).and tone up my arms,legs,and stomach…
i guess,just to get healthy in general…
i had a really bad knee injury last year and that puts running out of the question for cardio..but i CAN exercise
if you could give me specific exercises,foods to eat.times to exercise/eat..that’d be great!
(oh,and please don’t give me any crap about wanting to lose weight..i’m not one of those “wanna-be-skinny” chicks..i just wanna be healthy again!)
