I’m 15 years old (will be 16 at the beginning of July) and am looking to lose about 15 pounds within 7 weeks. I would really like a good dieting plan that will give me the essential nutrients that I need. I’m in the process of trying to find a workout buddy for the local Y, but I can’t seem to find anyone. We have a treadmill and a swimming pool, but I would much rather jog or take walks outside with my dog and I don’t swim any set number of laps. With this information in mind, can you recommend a good diet and workout? I would prefer a workout that doesn’t involve a lot of intense running as I am rather large chested and sports bras are suffocating. I’m (obviously) female and 150lbs, by the way. I have been having trouble losing weight and sticking to my workout routine and having trouble choosing the healthy foods. I really need to lose weight for health reasons cause I am considered overweight based on my height. I need to lose at least 30 pounds to get to my healthy weight. so what is the fastest way to lose 30 pounds the healthy way? please include fitness and nutrition plan. any DVD recommendations? any weight loss tips? any answers would be appreciated thanks,

I am looking for a healthy way to get a thinner stomach. i play sports almost everyday and every week but i need to eat healthier and not give into cravings. i want to not use pills or anything i just need some advice with some nutrition help and abb workout..thankss
**also, i would like the workout to be fast but efficient…and maybe it takes afew weeks..not months.

I Want To Lose As Much Weight As Healthy In Four Weeks, And Live A Healthy Life Style Long Term. Help?
I am in my senior year of college and getting ready to turn 21. After gaining a significant amount of weight (30-40 pounds in 3 years) I am ready to lose. My 21st birthday is September 26 and I have a lot of events planned around that time. I want to look back on pictures of that time and not be ashamed of the way I look. I am 5’8 1/2″ and weigh 218 pounds size 14/16. In high school I played sports year around and worked out on my own on top of practices, so there is still some muscle under all of my fat. I have been working out a few times a month, but not committing. I have purchased Alli, the dietary supplement, but I am not sure about using it. I am willing to put in as much work as necessary. I do not want to go about this an unhealthy way (i.e crash dieting), but I do want to lose to my maximum potential for my birthday. My short term goal is the end of September, 27 days, could I lose 20 pounds and not starve myself? I have an old dress that is a size 10, is that out of reach?
Breakfast: A bowl of bran flakes with semi-skimmed milk and sometimes a banana
lunch: low fat butter, tomato, fresh chicken, lettuce, sweetcorn and low fat mayo. All inside either white French stick or brown bread. With 500ml bottle of orange squash (no added sugar) and a apple. On the odd occasions a pint of diet coke (ie when a sports match is on)
Dinner: usually soup, baked potato and tuna, pasta(with source) and garlic bread, eggs on toast, fresh chicken sandwich.
Pudding: small low fat yogurt
Lots of water during the day and a extra apple.
Alcohol: a bit at the weekend. Which is better cider or double rum and coke??
Exercise: I have to walk 30 mins to and from work everyday, usually quite fast. Its about 1.5 miles walk, but traffic lights make it longer.
Any advice would be gladly taken, thanx
Ok so im 5 ft 1 and i weigh 120 pounds. my friends told me that i am slightly overweight so i want to go on a diet. Not a hudge strict diet just something to keep me trimmed. I do a tone of sports like gymnastics volleyball track cheerleading and dance team so i need to make sure that i am eating and not starving myself so any one have any ideas on a good diet that can help me cut just a few tiny extral lbs?
