currently work out 4-5 days a week, nothing crazy just running and push ups and sit ups. i currently take just gnc mega mens sport and gnc wheybolic extreme 60 shakes once a day after i work out. Someone at gnc said i should start using the bsn syntha 6 instead of the wheybolic. is this true? im not looking to get big and i dont really do alot of weights just want to get more toned and cut. Any advice on if i should switch or just stick to what im doing? id like to try the synthia 6 but not sure, dont want to gain weight or take something that will upset my stomach. Someone also recommended no xplode for more energy but i thought that was to get bigger. wouldnt mind getting a little bigger but not trying to be a bodybuilder. thanks in advance for any help
Alright so… I’m looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about, not some 17 year old juicer.
Every morning i take this, in pill form.
- 2 GNC brand Mega Men Sport
- 2 1000mg Nature’s Bounty brand Omega-3 Fish Oil
- 1 1000mg Nature’s Bounty brand Pure Vitamin C
- Clariten (spelling?) 24 hour, cause i have bad allergies
- 1 Doxycycline 100mg (acne med)
that’s every morning, at lunch and dinner i take 1 more fish oil.
- 2 scoop NO-Xplode mixed with 18oz of water
- 10g of unflavored Creatine Mono. mixed in with ^
- Optimum Nutrition (think thats what the ON stands for) Chocolate Pro-complex which includes:
-10g Glutamine and Precursors
-15 vitamins and minerals
(on the above i just wrote what was on the front of the container)
i eat about 6 skinless chicken breasts a week, drink **** tons of water, probably a little under a gallon of it. I pee a lot.
let me know what you think, and if its good you win the points. just general pointers.
I was originally going to buy the GNC Pro Performance® Mass XXX and the GNC Pro Performance® Amplified Creatine 189 because they had a buy 1 get one half off sale at GNC but they no longer have that sale going on so i was wondering which one i should get. I know mass xxx is for gaining wait..but i was going to take half the recommended serving. Please dont give me the whole “just eat healthy and workout you dont need sports nutrition supplements” talk.
The golden years have finally arrived and you are one of the lucky ones. You are now 75 years old. Because of the example you have set, your children and grandchildren have developed great fitness lifestyles and want you to be active with them.
You play a modified game of tennis and can hold your own on the golf course. However, the osteoarthritis affecting most your age has started to make a difference in your flexibility and strength preventing you from completing the once vigorous workout you enjoyed.
Time and money are no problem although you are not willing to hire a trainer. You invested well and retired early. Because you enjoy traveling, you spend 7-10 days each month on a plane, in the car, or on a cruise ship. In addition, eating out so often has ruined the nutritious diet you once enjoyed. Your weight fluctuates between 160-170 (men) and 120-130 (women).
What fitness and nutrition plans could you make to improve your fitness lifestyle?
Develop a daily menu plan and a worjout plan for one week. Your workout plan should include the following:
I did develop the daily menu plan, but I have no idea how to make a workout program for a 75-years-old. Can someone help me?
I am 15 years old. I am very athletic, play sports competitively all year around. I weigh 139 lbs, and I really need to start gaining weight, by means of EATING and WORKING out. I am going to start going to the gym in a month or so, but I need a home workout that will keep me occupied meanwhile. What is a good diet to gain weight?
I am shooting for the 170lbs mark in the next few months.
I REALLY NEED HELP DESPERATELY, thank you very much to all who answer:)
I have school, work, and nutrition/fitness schedules to keep track of, so I need some type of calender-schedule-tracker-thingy to help me.
