Any Non-dairy High Calorie Supplements?

A few months ago I switch to a non-dairy diet. I use to take a lot of high calorie supplements to help gain mass but now I can not take anything I use to because they all contain milk. A good high-calorie protein shake I would take is MHP Up Your Mass. I can’t find any non-dairy protein bars either..
A local health store I went to carries NOW Sports products. I actually learned though too that the NOW Sports model is extremely lactose intolerant which made me feel better lol. I found Soy Protein and Carbohydrate Isolate. So I have been making a shake mixing those two with Soy Milk and peanut butter but I still don’t think I am getting to the same amount of calories as before. I use to be able to eat over 3000 calories a day but now I am having a hard time eating 2000. Finding non-dairy food in general is very difficult. I don’t even work out anymore because I am afraid to burn any more calories and lose even more weight then I already have…
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to consume more calories??

What Exactly Would A High School Physiology Of Fitness Class Entail Doing?

I’m a sophomore in high school who is interested in getting more fit because, let’s be honest, I’m not that active. BUT! I would like to change that. I saw Physiology of Fitness in the curriculum book and thought it might be a good idea for me, but what exactly would I be doing for that half-year course? Would be it be hands on fitness in the weight room, or just teaching or a combination of both? What’s up?

I Lost More Weight After I Graduated High School Than When I Participated In Sports?

I did girls weight lifting and i ran track. I tried to diet a little for the track team but my body didnt change much. i lost 15 lbs within the year after i graduated and i did absolutely no exercising. could it be that i lost muscle?
