I have school, work, and nutrition/fitness schedules to keep track of, so I need some type of calender-schedule-tracker-thingy to help me.
I’m 15 and 5’6.
I’m very active in sports, but my diet sucks . . . a lot.
So I used to weigh 195, and two days ago when I was weighed at the Athletic Club I was at 186.
How can I keep on my diet without losing focus on things?
Also how can I lose thirty-fourty pounds starting now, through summers, and ending before school starts again in August.
