Supplements: Which To Take To Help Gain Lean Muscle And Prolong Workout?

5’10″, 173 lbs. 23 years old….
I am looking to gain lean muscle, not really bulk up and gain weight, I just want to tone what I have…
I’m taking whey protein and Mega Men Sport now and want to add something else…
Any ideas? If so, what’s a good regimen for it?
What’s the most effective schedule to take whey and other supplement?
**Please only reply if you have a product to suggest. I understand that diet is the only way and supplements aren’t the way…I want to work it into my routine, thanks anyway**

The following article lists some simple, informative tips that will help you have a better experience with Sports Nutrition and building six-pack abs.

The most common mistake people continue to make is to focus on the abdominal training but forget their nutritional needs in an effort to burn those fats away from around the stomach. If this is what you have been doing so far, it is most likely that 90% of your efforts are going down the drain. Why is this so? Because when it comes to building six-pack abs for men, or achieving flat, toned, and firmer stomach for women, it is important to remember that you have to avoid fats as much as you need to burn them.
