I’ve been working for 7 years, but a recent move has shifted me off my routine and I’m looking to get back on track.
My goal is to lose 8 pounds and maintain. I’m comfortable with cardio equipment and free weights.
I’m looking for something to give me a nutrition & fitness plan OR I’m willing to pay for software that’ll track everything.
I try to avoid bringing questions to gym employees, because I’m not interested in paying for sessions.

Are Supplements Like Whey Protein And Creatine Absolutely Needed To Gain Muscle Mass?
i dont have a job therefore i cant afford all the super expensive whey proteina nd supplements that are like 50-60 bucks….and my parents arent supportive of it either since im not in a school sport of any kind and i wouldnt take 1 now…since im in 12th grade.
but do you absolutely need them to gain mass?? i know you can just eat like 5-6 times a day with high protein foods…but i cant exactly raid the fridge for everything that has protein in it lol.
i have friends who are going from like 145 lbs to 165 lbs of muscle mass and its kind of getting me discouraged
(i weigh like 145 and bench like 195-200)
so are there any other solutions/ways to gain mass?

I’d like to hear about exercises that people have tested and found to increase height, or any other methods by which they have obtained success. As I am still in the age frame whereby my height has the potential to increase, I would appreciate your feedback with regards to yoga, stretches, sports, nutrition or anything you believe might help me out. I am not looking for a quick fix or surgery suggestions, and am willing to put in the effort in return for the few extra inches. Thank you in advance
