How Much Does A Good Gym Costs In Toronto? Such As Extreme Fitness Or Something Like That?

I know I can call them but I don’t want to get the whole speech and all that stuff, I have a gym at work but it is small (and free) So I’m considering about joining a gym like Extreme Fitness, any insight on how much it would cost per month, plus any “hidden” or extra fees?

I’ve been working for 7 years, but a recent move has shifted me off my routine and I’m looking to get back on track.
My goal is to lose 8 pounds and maintain. I’m comfortable with cardio equipment and free weights.
I’m looking for something to give me a nutrition & fitness plan OR I’m willing to pay for software that’ll track everything.
I try to avoid bringing questions to gym employees, because I’m not interested in paying for sessions.

Are Supplements Like Whey Protein And Creatine Absolutely Needed To Gain Muscle Mass?

i dont have a job therefore i cant afford all the super expensive whey proteina nd supplements that are like 50-60 bucks….and my parents arent supportive of it either since im not in a school sport of any kind and i wouldnt take 1 now…since im in 12th grade.
but do you absolutely need them to gain mass?? i know you can just eat like 5-6 times a day with high protein foods…but i cant exactly raid the fridge for everything that has protein in it lol.
i have friends who are going from like 145 lbs to 165 lbs of muscle mass and its kind of getting me discouraged :( (i weigh like 145 and bench like 195-200)
so are there any other solutions/ways to gain mass?

I Would Like To Increase My Height By An Inch Or Two- What Are Natural Ways To Increase Height?

I’d like to hear about exercises that people have tested and found to increase height, or any other methods by which they have obtained success. As I am still in the age frame whereby my height has the potential to increase, I would appreciate your feedback with regards to yoga, stretches, sports, nutrition or anything you believe might help me out.
