ok here is the story ive been bodybuilding for quite a whilenow , ive always taken protein shakes only. about a year ago i started taking purple-k from king of creatine and i took them for 2 months along with protein shakes. i stopped for a while then started taking xpand, isoflex protein shakes, glutamine powder and a multi-vitamin from gnc called gnc mega men SPORT. i took the xpand for 2 months and stopped for a month since you cannot take it all the time because its creatine. now am currently taking superpump 250 as a post work-out, no synthesize creatine during and after the workout, am also taking glutamine pills from wal-mart 4 times a day, isoflex protein shakes twice a day and gnc mega men sport(multi-vitamin). now the issue is not too long ago my family and friends have been telling that you are ive started to lose hair and they’ve told me that it started when i first started supplementing, now i do not know if its true and want to make sure that it might be possible that the supplements that am taking are causing my hair to fall. if it does i will immediately stop everything and just eat properly. Please if anyone knows the answer please get back to me ASAP!!!
I’m currently enrolled in a fitness and nutrition program from which I will receive a diploma. I would like to use that to start a weight loss coaching center. What I’m wondering is if there are any certifications, licenses or hidden hurdles I need to be aware of while I’m still in the planning stages. I’m thinking legally I need to have something in place to protect myself from potential lawsuits. This is a new feild for me so any information is appreciated.
I used to be competitive in a variety of sports before I went to college. I was in relatively good shape. I was muscular, but not overly muscular. Since I went to college I have gained alot of fat. I would guess my body fat percentage is anywhere from 20 – 30%
I am 6’2 and I weigh in at 225lbs after a meal. When I wake up I am usually about 220lbs. Last time I was in peak condition, I was weighing in at about 188lbs. I asked my coaches what I should eat but I didn’t like their answers..
I need a diet that is cheap and effective that will help me get through the days of hard work and nights of training.
I work 5 days a week and train 3 nights a week for about 1 – 1 1/2 hours. Mostly cardio style workouts.
I am looking for advice from other athletes that train on what to eat all day every day.. also what I should drink.
My current diet right now is pretty much anything I find in my fridge, or anything friends or family buys me.. I also drink beer, juice or water. I consume about 10 – 15 beers a week. 1L of water a day. Maybe a glass or two of juice a day.
Please help. I want to be fit again! tired of being fat.
P.S I am not trying to gain alot of muscle. I already have a fair bit.. I just want to expose them by burning all my fat.
Hey Beth. I’m on my friend’s yahoo account because I wanted to ask some questions so that I can loose fat/weight. I realy want to do this so please do not question & tell me not to. I’m 5′ 3″ & weigh 125 pounds. I am 15 years old. I’m sorta embarrassed to ask my parents to get me weight loss things, so I can only use what I have at home, which is a lot because my dad is a health nut. He mainly has a bunch of vitamin supplements that some of them can be used to help fat loss. I was thinking of using /omega 3 fish oil pills, because I saw a youtube video on it & also energy pills & green tea pills.
Are these pills ok? Any more sugestions? (keep in mind that the pills that you suggest have to be parentally approved for them to buy it for me) How much weight will I loose in a certain time period after using these pills?
I eat fairly healthy, altho I snack a lot.. Which is bad.. Should I start counting calories as well? I also play sports & go to the gym 3 times a week

I’m very active in sports, but my diet sucks . . . a lot.
So I used to weigh 195, and two days ago when I was weighed at the Athletic Club I was at 186.
How can I keep on my diet without losing focus on things?
Also how can I lose thirty-fourty pounds starting now, through summers, and ending before school starts again in August.
