i dont have a job therefore i cant afford all the super expensive whey proteina nd supplements that are like 50-60 bucks….and my parents arent supportive of it either since im not in a school sport of any kind and i wouldnt take 1 now…since im in 12th grade.
but do you absolutely need them to gain mass?? i know you can just eat like 5-6 times a day with high protein foods…but i cant exactly raid the fridge for everything that has protein in it lol.
i have friends who are going from like 145 lbs to 165 lbs of muscle mass and its kind of getting me discouraged (i weigh like 145 and bench like 195-200)
so are there any other solutions/ways to gain mass?
I am really skinny and need to gain muscle mass for sports and other things. I am planning on taking creatine because I heard it was the best supplement for gaining weight the fastest, and I was wondering what the best workout plan would be for gaining muscle fast and effectivley. I have access to 24 hour fitness, but I need a diet plan and workout plan. Any ideas?
Im 15 years old. 5’6”. 137 pounds. working out for : 1 year: dedicated enough i have quit all other sports to pursue weight lifting.

I am already taking Mutant Mass (weight gainer)
and creatine (cell tech) on and off
should i take testosterone, different creatine, glut-amine, ZMA????
